The Delegation of 2006
The 2006 student delegation consisted of one teacher,
Dina Shelly and 5 pupils from the 11 grade: 2 girls, Miri
Moskovitz and Hanni Leibovitz and 3 boys, Aviram Adiri, Oded Ohayon and Amir Ben-Moyal.
The delegation spent 9 interesting and meaningful days in
Montreal, which were dedicated to learning about the life of the
Jewish community, including visiting Bialik school and taking an active
part in the Memorial day assembly at the school and at the community assembly.
The delegation also participated in the Rally of the Israeli Independence day.
The visit included 2 beautiful trips, one around Montreal and another at a ski resort named Mountreblon.
The emphasis of the 2006 delegation was on making the visit significant for the people
involved, by creating connections on a personal level, which would continue after and beyond the visit itself.
