Messages of Peace and Support
In these days of terrorist attacks and economic insecurity,
we need to reach out to one another so that no one will feel abandoned and alone.
Our postings in this section help us demonstrate our solidarity,
our love, concern, and our support for one another.
Students, teachers, parents, and community members
from donor and recipient communities -- your messages here will be read by children and adults in places all over Israel and North America.
This is not a pen-pal site. Although discussion chains may emerge,
please be aware that people sometimes become very quiet in times of grief
and fear and that they therefore may not readily reply.
If you can't bring yourself to answer someone else's posted message
or if you don't see a reply to a message you have posted, do not lose heart. Keep reading what others have to say.
When you have the strength, write again!
Let's keep sending messages of hope to strengthen one another
for a better future, and in the process, enable ourselves with
constructive language in which we can communicate.
In your postings, please be mindful at all times to express yourself
with respect for persons of all language groups, ethnicities and religious beliefs. The webmaster maintains the right to remove any postings that may be read as hate messages against particular populations.
